Think of ways to get extra exercise throughout the day. You can take the stairs or park further away from the front door. When you’re doing household chores, don’t worry about doing things efficiently. Make a few extra trips to the garage or basement.

Eat a piece of cake, pie, candy bar, potato chips, french fries, ect. Some people decide to have a junk day once every month. Once a week is a good number. Just decide whatever works best for you. However, make sure that you treat yourself once in a while, so you don’t do crazy. People that are to strict with their diet often end up quitting and gaining more weight. The key is to eat junk food in moderation.
