You can keep a food journal to track down what you ate that day eat every 3-4 hours. You should start eating smaller meals. Each meal should consume a piece of fruit, protein, and a little carb. Each meals hsould also be have 250-300 calories. Drink 8 glasses of water a day. Water helps proper muscle function. Get at least 30 mins of exercise a day.
