Lose 10 Pounds in a Month with simply weight loss tips. Body Fat Lose is something that will benefit most of us. It can be difficult to lose body fat especially after age 40 or after having a baby.  Here are some simply weight loss tips to help you lose 10 pounds in a month . Remember to be patient.  Try to make a slight modification to your lifestyle each day.

For example: add a few more minutes of walking, skip the butter on your bread, drink more water, etc. These easy-to-follow tips have helped me to lose weight in the past. I am currently following  these myself .  I am trying to make gradual changes to my lifestyle each day. 1) Eliminate white starches such as white bread, white potatoes, and white rice. Replace them with 100% whole grain products. Eat brown rice and whole wheat bread. White foods are responsible for increasing your blood sugar and adding pounds around your waist. If you eliminate these foods, it will be hard not to lose body fat.

2) Reduce your stress as much as possible. Find a comfortable quite place to relax once a day and take some deep breaths to help reduce stress for 10-30 minutes.

3). Don’t eat late night meals. Stop eating three hours before going to bed.  8 p.m. is usually the recommended time to stop eating.  However, everyone has different schedules.

4) Try to eat your meals at the same time everyday. Eat several smaller meals (4-6) instead of eating 3 larger meals.

5) Snack on fresh fruit and vegetables. If you eat enough good foods, you’ll be full.  Therefore, this should keep you from eating junk food. Eat an apple instead of a Snickers.

6) Drink plenty of water. The daily recommended amount of water is eight 8-once glasses of water. This will increase with exercise. A friend of mine that was runner-up in the Mr. America contest, and he never left home without a bottle of water.  I can not remember seeing him without a water bottle.

7) Keeping a food log has been proven to help people lose weight. Write down everything you eat. People that keep a food journal tend to eat less.  This seems to be true for me as well.  When I think about eating junk food, I often stop myself  because I do not want to have to write this down in my journal.

8) Make small healthy changes to your diet every day instead of doing it all at once. If you walk 5 minutes today and replace a candy bar with an apple, you are on the right track.. You want to make these changes for life.  So, take your time and don’t worry about eating perfect.

9) Strength training 2-3 times a week will also help burn more calories and improve your shape. Start off with very light weights.  This way, you will not overdo it in the beginning.  You can always add weight in the future.  Starting off with 5 pound dumbbells is fine.  Try not to over strain yourself.  Just use a weight that you can lift comfortably. Make sure that you are doing the exercises correctly.  If you’re starting out, you can get a trainer.

10) Do 20-60 minutes of aerobic activity 3 to 5 times per week such as walking, jogging, running, swimming, biking, dancing, aerobics. If you have not exercised in a while, start with a few minutes a day and add a few more minutes until you reach your goal.

Anything is better than nothing. In the beginning, start out walking for five minutes or whatever feels comfortable to you.  But, do not overdo it.  It is easy to add a couple minutes to each session.  In my experience, too many people go crazy in the beginning.  These people, usually end up quitting.

11. Don’t eliminate your favorite foods completely. It is okay to eat some junk food in moderation.  Some people just give themselves a day once a week to eat whatever they want. I had a friend that only ate junk food once every month or two.  He would eat chips, candy bars, cake, etc. He just went crazy for that day.  This seemed to work really well for him. He got it out of his system for another month or two.

Some people treat themselves once a day or once a week.  You have to see what works best for you.  However, don’t eliminate your favorite foods completely. This is one of the top reasons people fail when trying to lose weight.  This reminds me of a coworker of mine that went on a strict diet. He ate lettuce for lunch everyday.  He lost over 100 pounds, but he eventually gained it all back plus a few pounds. In most cases, depriving yourself leads to miserable failure.

12. Combine aerobic exercises-example: walking for 20 minutes immediately followed by 20 minutes of cycling. This way you will not get bored and the time will go by quickly.

13. Get a doggy bag as soon as you order at a restaurant and put half the food in the container, so you are not tempted to overeat. Most restaurants serve very large portions, so you will not go hungry. This will also keep your doggy happy.

14. Eat Breakfast-make sure you eat as soon as you wake up. It is important to eat within an hour. This gets your metabolism revved up and gives you energy for the day. Several obese people that I know never eat breakfast or lunch. They eat an enormously large meal once a day usually for dinner.

15. Wear some of your thin clothes if they still fit. A coworker of mine would wear his thin clothes even when he was 20-30 pounds heavier. He told me this made him feel horrible, and it motivated him to stick to his program. Well, he did look really bad. I saw him 6 months later, and it worked. He lost the weight. 16. Cut the fancy $5 coffee drinks out. My wife’s friend lost several pounds cutting out these drinks.

17. Visualization-Visualize yourself when you were thinner, or a person you would like to look like. This reminds me of visualizing myself winning a game when I played sports. Think of yourself as a thin healthy person, and it will happen.

18. Decrease or eliminate soda-Replace soda with spring or filtered water.

19. Don’t clean your plate. Don’t worry about eating every thing that’s on your plate.  Make it a habit to intentionally leave some food. This is difficult since most of us were taught not to waste food.  However, think of the weight you can lose by eliminating all these calories.

20. Don’t skip a meal or go on a ultra low calorie diet. This will make your body attempt to conserve it’s energy. Therefore, any weight loss will be water or muscle.

21. Smaller dinner plate-use a smaller plate for your meals. A 8- 9 inch plate is a good size. Don’t overload the plate. Fill 1/2 of the plate with half vegetables.  Add  equal portions of protein and carbohydrates on the other side.

It is also a good idea to visit your doctor before starting a physical fitness program. Body Fat Lose will improve your health and appearance.
